SHIPPING POLICY
We process orders for shipping Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. All orders placed are shipped via UPS or USPS within 7 days of purchase.
RETURN POLICY
At Polished by PJ, every piece is thoughtfully sourced and chosen for its character, history, and enduring beauty. These are items that have lived a life before us, each with its own story, patina, and charm.
Your satisfaction is my top priority. Because of the unique and often irreplaceable nature of vintage, all sales are considered final. That said, it is deeply important to me that you truly love what you bring into your home.

I’m always here to answer questions, provide additional photos, or help guide your selection—so you can feel confident before your piece ever arrives.

If for any reason your piece doesn’t feel quite right upon arrival, I’m happy to accept a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent, carefully packaged to ensure their safe journey back. Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment (excluding original shipping costs).
Polished by PJ takes great pride in finding you the the finest quality vintage, antique and second-hand items, and fairly representing their condition and characteristics, so please shop with confidence - but be sure to ask any questions before purchasing!
